3. Services

WOOD MARKETING SOLUTIONS LLC provides marketing consulting, brand positioning, market research, business communications, website content review, and related professional services. Service scope, price in USD, and typical delivery are defined by the purchased package on our Services page or by a written proposal. Custom work requires a written proposal before payment.

4. Orders and Payment

Listed packages may be paid on our website by card or ACH bank debit. Payments are processed by authorized third-party payment processors. A checkout session is not a completed purchase until the processor reports a completed status, or an ACH pending status that later completes. WOOD MARKETING SOLUTIONS LLC does not store complete payment card numbers, card security codes, or bank account numbers on its servers. Custom work requires a written proposal before payment.

Work generally begins within 1–3 business days after payment and required client information are received. Deliverables are provided electronically unless otherwise agreed. Additional fulfillment and refund terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to provide accurate information, timely feedback, required materials, and reasonable cooperation necessary to perform the services.

6. No Guarantee

Marketing results depend on numerous factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee rankings, revenue, traffic, sales, or any specific business outcome.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, each party retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property. Materials specifically created for a client are transferred only as described in the applicable agreement or proposal.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOOD MARKETING SOLUTIONS LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website.
